Hi Crafter's,
Well I've just got back from my weekend away. The weather hasn't been very good but it has been a fantastic 4 days. We went to York for the duration of the Queens Diamond Jubilee where there was a host of street entertainers from buskers to acrobats.
As well as the Queens Jubilee it was my Husbands birthday and here is the card I made for him.
The background was created using a technique I stumbled across recently that is called polished stone and has been around a long time.
This started out as an experiment and it ended up on my DH's card.
I know its sad but when I was packing for our long weekend break I took some crafting stuff with me so I could play while I was watching the TV in the evening. Well being the Jubilee I had to make a couple of cards that are in the spirit of the occasion .
While out on our travels in York I bought my self a card making mag to read, it had on the front a set of free stamps of which one was a flag.
I made these on Sunday evening while watching TV.
I had to do some thing while it was raining.
Well that's all for now, thank you for visiting my little blog. I hope you have liked what you have seen . T.T.F.N I will see you again soon.
